Transnational Medical & Diagnostic Center, Inc. (TMDC) has been providing medical services to seafarers, overseas and local land-based workers since 1989. Same commitment gave TMDC the overseas accreditation from the Netherland Shipping Inspectorate, Malaysian Government, Liberia, Panama Government, Belgium Maritime Authority, UK P&I, Japan P&I and Standard P&I Clubs.
