- How do I register to BPI online?


If you have a BPI deposit, credit card, or loan account you can register for BPI online through the BPI app or via web browser.


Via BPI app:

Go to https://l.bpi.com.ph/DownloadBPIApp to download the BPI app.
Open the app and tap Create new account.
A window will open to confirm if you are already a BPI client. Select Yes, register to the app.
Read the cybersecurity notice, then tap I understand.
Select the type of account you have from the drop-down list of products, then enter your account details.
Nominate your login credentials and read the Terms and Conditions, then tap Continue.
Via web browser:

Go to online.bpi.com.ph, then click Register now.
Select the BPI product that you have, enter the required details and your birthday, then click Continue.
Create a username and password for your online account.
Enter the email address where you want to receive account notifications. The confirmation email will also be sent here.
Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
You can log in to your account using the login credentials you nominated during registration on either the BPI app or web browser.

- Open an online account

All you need is 1 valid id and 5 minutes

Step 1
Go to the app, tap "Open a new account", then tap "Create a bank account".

Step 2
Enter your personal details and account options, take a photo of your Driver's License, Passport, Postal ID, SSS ID, or UMID, then take a selfie to verify your identity.

Step 3
Review your application for errors and tap "Confirm" to create your account. You may now fund it using online transfers or deposit.
1. Prepare Email address � This email address is used to confirm your registration in NBI Clearance Online and also send the One Time Password (OTP)

2. Register to NBI Clearance website � Go to the NBI Clearance site https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/ Check �No� and fill out all the necessary details and register using your email.

3. Log-in using your email � Use the email address that you used to register and SIGN IN

4. Fill up the Application form � Fill out the box with your information and after done click the SAVE INFORMATION.

5. APPLY FOR CLEARANCE � Before start clicking the �APPLY FOR CLEARANCE� make sure to check your information, and if you sure there is no mistake then click the �APPLY FOR CLEARANCE�.

6. Confirmation � You can choose which available ID you have to confirm and click the �I Agree� button.

7. Appointment Schedule � Select the NBI Branch near you then pick the date and time available. The Appointment Schedule and information will show to the right side.

8. Payment- Select the payment option where you prepared to pay and the popup will show as a reminder then click proceed.
After clicking the proceed, your reference number will show. This time the NBI reference number has a Barcode, in this way you can use your cellphone the take photo or scan with the Barcode Scanner to save the reference number to your phone.
The total amount to be paid is 155, which is summarized the total amount below.

After paying your NBI Clearance, wait for your schedule.

9. Get your NBI Clearance � Since you registered as a new applicant, your appearance will be needed. and Don�t forget the bring the ID�s you prepared to the NBI Clearance.

A. CORE REQUIREMENTS

NOTE: If woman opts to retain maiden name, a Marriage Contract is not required.

*Additional requirements may be required. Please refer to the section below for additional requirements for Adult New Applications.

B. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
In addition to the core requirements, the following supporting documents will be further required in the following cases:

1. In case of Late Registered Birth Certificate:

If Birth Certificate was registered at least ten (10) years ago, application will be treated as a regular application, and no additional supporting documents will be required

If Birth Certificate was registered less than ten (10) years ago, applicant must submit IDs that pre-date the late registration or current IDs with NBI Clearance

2. In case applicant has NO Birth Certificate or Report of Birth:

If applicant is born AFTER 1950 - applicant must first file for late registration with Local Civil Registrar (LCR) or Consular Office with jurisdiction over the place where applicant was born. Applicant will then submit the original copy of the PSA authenticated late registered Birth Certificate and IDs that pre-date the late registration or current IDs with NBI Clearance.

If applicant is born ON OR BEFORE 1950 - applicant must submit original and photocopy of PSA Authenticated Certificate of No Birth Record and Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons attesting to the identity of the applicant (Affidavit should include photocopy of IDs of the Two Disinterested Persons indicated in the presented document).

3. If an Applicant's marriage has been dissolved and wants to revert to her maiden surname:

Applicant must submit original and photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate and acceptable IDs.

Applicant must submit original and photocopy of the annotated PSA Marriage Certificate (MC) or Report of Marriage (ROM) stating that the marriage has been dissolved; OR

Alternatively, if annotated MC or ROM from PSA is not yet available, applicant must submit a Certified True Copy of the Court Order dissolving the marriage and a certificate of Finality from the court.

4. If applicant has lacking data in Birth Certificate or Report of Birth:

Applicant must present original and submit photocopy of proof of filing of supplemental report or correction from the Local Civil Registrar (LCR)

5. If applicant has discrepancy in data in Birth Certificate / Report of Birth and other documents1

1If the discrepant data is in the BC, the applicant must submit annotated birth certificate authenticated by PSA reflecting the corrected entry. If the discrepant data is in the other documents, the BC will be followed.

Discrepancy in first name - Applicant must submit the original and photocopy of the petition and supporting documents for correction of first name filed with Local Civil Registrar (LCR) or consulate

Discrepancy in other data - Applicant must submit annotated birth certificate authenticated by PSA reflecting the corrected entry

6. If applicant is a Dual Citizen:

Original PSA authenticated Birth Certificate/Report of Birth and Original Identification Certificate issued by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (FSP) or the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and a photocopy

Original and photocopy of the foreign passport

Government issued IDs (Philippine or from country of second citizenship)

7. If applicant is a Naturalized Filipino Citizen:

Original and photocopy of Identification Certificate of Naturalization from BI

8. If applicant obtained Filipino citizenship by Election

Original and photocopy of Affidavit of Election of Philippine Citizenship

NEW PASSPORT APPLICATION FOR MINORS

A. CORE REQUIREMENTS

Confirmed Online Appointment (if applicable) - Children 7 years old and below do not need to have an online appointment. They are entitled to avail of the courtesy lane together with their parent/s and minor siblings.

If Affidavit of Support and/or Consent is executed abroad, it must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate.

Applicant must submit DSWD clearance and Affidavit of Support and Consent executed by the parent/s. The Affidavit of Support and Consent must be Consularized by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate if executed abroad

4. In case applicant is an illegitimate child in custody of the Mother

Option 1: Online Application with Home Delivery (PSAHelpline) This is a contactless process where you don't need to visit a PSA office.
1. Visit the website: Go to psahelpline.ph.
2. Request a certificate: Select the type of certificate you need, such as a birth, marriage, or death certificate.
3. Provide your details: Fill in your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and parents' names, making sure everything matches your official documents.
4. Enter delivery information: Provide an accurate delivery address and assign an Authorized Person to 5. Receive if someone else will receive the certificate for you.
6. Pay online: Settle the payment using available methods like GCash, credit cards, or other payment channels.
7. Receive updates: Wait for updates and your reference number via email or SMS.
8. Await delivery: Your PSA certificate will be delivered to your specified address.

Option 2: Walk-in Appointment (appointment.psa.gov.ph) This option is for physically going to a PSA outlet.
1. Book an appointment: Visit appointment.psa.gov.ph.
2. Choose an outlet: Select the specific PSA Central Records Section (CRS) outlet you plan to visit.
3. Enter your details: Provide your name, email, and mobile number to receive a confirmation and appointment slip.
4. Specify the certificate: Indicate the type of certificate you are requesting.
5. Select a date and time: Choose your preferred date and time for the appointment.
6. Confirm and save: Double-check your details and save the PDF copy of your appointment slip, including the QR code.
7. Visit the outlet: On your scheduled date, go to the PSA outlet, present your appointment slip, and have your vaccination card ready for entry.
8. Get your Q-ticket: Upon entering, get a Q-ticket number.
9. Process your application: Use a self-service kiosk or proceed to an agent to encode your information and print a transaction slip.
10. Pay for your certificate: Settle the payment at the designated area.
11. Claim your certificate: Return on the given release date and time to claim your document.
